A team favourite

We don’t like admitting to having favourites but for this home we’ll make an exception. (Just don’t tell the others…) Why is it a flyp favourite? Well, while we loved the owners, and the home was a pleasure to work on, we think the data speaks for itself. We got it flyp’d in just under 3 weeks, achieved a 4x return on our initial investment and it was under offer within 1 week of going live. So how did we get here?
